FOR WEDDINGS.


~ A non-refundable booking deposit of $200 is required to secure your wedding date, with the remaining balance due one week before the event


~ you will receive your final edited gallery within 4-6 weeks after your wedding day, delivered via an online gallery for easy viewing, downloading and sharing


~ all packages include the first 20km of travel, with an additional fee of $10 per extra 10km beyond that


Booking, Deposits & Cancellations


To secure your session date and time, a non-refundable deposit of $50  is required at the time of booking. This deposit goes toward your total session fee and ensures your spot is locked in.


Life happens — if you need to reschedule, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance, and we’ll find another time that works for you (subject to availability).


If you need to cancel completely or don’t show up for your session, your deposit will be forfeited, as that time was reserved just for you.


If I ever need to postpone due to illness, weather, or something unexpected, I’ll be in touch as soon as possible to reschedule. If rescheduling isn’t possible, your deposit will be fully refunded.


Weather Policy


Outdoor sessions are always dependent on the weather. If the forecast is looking gloomy or unsafe (think heavy rain or strong winds), I’ll reach out beforehand to chat about options — whether that’s rescheduling or moving to a covered location. I always aim to make sure your session is comfortable and your photos turn out beautifully.


  Late Arrivals


Please try to arrive on time so we can make the most of your session! If you’re running late, just send me a quick message. I’ll always do my best to work with the remaining time, but sessions can’t be extended due to late arrivals, as other bookings may follow.


Final Payment & Photo Delivery


The remaining balance is due on or before your session date. Payment can be made via bank transfer, Pay Id or cash — whatever’s easiest for you.

After your session, you’ll receive a beautiful online gallery of edited images within 3-5 business days (this may vary slightly during busy seasons). You’ll be able to download your photos in high resolution and share them with family and friends. ~ Please be sure to download your gallery, as they will be deleted 30 days after your shoot
